- Sandals or flip-flops for evenings

- 2 pairs of Comfortable walking shoes – You’ll be covering long distances daily.
- Water bottle – Hydration is critical; bring a refillable one.
- Snacks – High-protein and high-energy snacks like trail mix or granola bars.
- Weather-appropriate clothing – Be ready for sun, rain, or cold.
- Sun protection – Hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- First aid kit – Include band-aids, blister pads, and pain relievers
Hygiene & Health
- Toilet paper and/or wet wipes
- Hand sanitizer
- Biodegradable soap & towel
- Toothbrush, toothpaste
- First aid kit (include blister care)
- Any necessary prescriptions

Sleeping & Rest
